I haven't done any extreme offroading yet but too date i have over 9000 miles of street and trail mix since doing a 4" spring lift and 1" on shackle and i still don't have a SYE kit... No vibrations and never had an issue with any u-joints..... Do i plan on doing one some day, yes someday..

You'll want to put a Slip Yoke Eliminator on your Jeep when you've got some money saved up. It's not imperative to do this at the moment, but it should be on your *list of things to do*.

Study up on how to re-connect your drive line until then, in case it slips out from the various pinion knuckles under some interesting(fun) wheel "articulation" on the trail.

Most Important Thing To Do Now!
Crawl under your Jeep with a paint pen and make some marks where things line up. Draw a line across several points where the dive line and knuckles (u-joints) meet up. This will help you to line everything back up in the proper position.

I just finished installing the 4" Rubicon Express kit into my 93 YJ this week and am running 33X10.50 tires on 15" rims. I have slight vibration between 40 and 45 mph. The angle of the drive shaft worries me. I do not plan to take it off-road anytime soon until I can get the sye and cv driveshaft. Several others appear to drive the same setup without the sye but they also take it easy off road. This is my daily driver so I try to take care of her. So to the question of will it come out of your driveway the answer is yes. If you are going to run her hard off road, you will probably want to go sye. Just my 2 cents.
