4 inch lift now 2nd gear is a pain..

Any idea put the trans drop on it this is my second yj iv done this 2 but on my 93 4.0l it won't go in all the time

I had this problem with my manual trans after my 4in lift. and ur problem is that it keeps popping out of gear or things like that.. it might be that the part under shifting lever boots is getting in the way of the lever gettin all the way in gear.. i just took that (plate or whatever) out and just screwed it back in as is. and its been runnin fine ever since.. idk if u understood that but.. lemme know a little better of your problem.

Yes manual 5 speed pops out or hard to go in and the trans drop came with the re 4.5 lift

well then try what i said.. it was the same problem i had.. just unscrew ur shiftting lever boots and remove the plastic or whatever plate thats underneath that.. or make a bigger hole in it for shifting..
