Easiest fix that won't disturb any driveline angles is a 1" body lift.. Thats wat i did when i had 33" and a 4" lift..... The daystar body mount/1" lift combo is great for this..

Of course cutting the flares is always an option but kills the looks.

Wow your jeep look nice,my question is why is it that nobody talks about the rub issue when they say go with 33-12.50 and a 4" lift if i would have known about the rub issue i would have went with 31" tires instead.

Cause there normally never is a rub issue with a 4 inch lift and 33's. Do you have the proper bumpstops?

I have a 4" lift and have never rubbed. you could always get some flat fender flares to alleviate it.

Cut the fenders. It's cheap, and if you do it well it looks good.

You can see my trimmed fenders here,
