4" springs, 2" shackles, now vibrating

i just threw a 4" rough country suspension lift ontop of my 2" shackles. the kit came with a t-case drop also. getting on the highway today, i was afraid to push it past 55mph. the vibrations and noise was bad.i was going to swap out my shackles for some stock ones i have. i thought the lift kit was a complete kit. im wondering if i need a sye now? any ideas?

Ok...2 things.

1st, your either going to have to lower your jeep a little or go SYE. I wouldn't drive it with the vibrations like that at all, till it's fixed.

The kit sounds like its complete for a 4" lift but when you figure in those lift shackles your too high for your rear driveline. So either get stock shackles or a SYE.

2nd, how the hell did you post a completely blank post.

EDIT: Ahhh Haaa!!!! I figured out your blank post. You can't post images off of your harddisk. You have to upload them to a site like Flickr or Photobucket and post em from there.

Ditto to what he said...

With the 4" Susp. lift and 2" shackle lift, your rear driveline angle must be pretty severe.

Look into getting a sye and a cv driveshaft.

Check this SYE out, it's very reputable and the best of its kind:
NP231J HD Super Short SYE

With the SYE, you could either get a CV driveshaft (tom woods) or get the front driveshaft from a late model 90's Cherokee. They need to be cut and shortened, but will save you some money in the long run.

Either route, i would just get that fixed before it gets out of hand.

Good luck!
