here is the only good way to fix your problem.
it completely takes the vacuum actuator out of the system and makes it like set up like the later jeeps are.
you will not notice any change in handling, mpg, wear issue's but you will have fwd every time you need it like jeep intended.
the transfer case is the main disconnect to the frt axle any ways it never made since to have the actuator .
i have had mine set up like this for years with no problems and neither will you.
