4wd wont engage

Well I did all me upgrades-mc2100,hei dist, amd nutter. Now during my removal of the polution stuff i must have removed the vacum line to the 4wd avuator on the axle.I traced the the lines, one goes to the switch on the fender,i think this is for the 4wd lite. the other 2 stop and have a ck valve on them.I know one goes to a vacume sorce but I dont know were to get it.under the batt is a ball i think its a vacume tank,2 hoses are going to it but not conected.
1-were should i get the vacume from i only have two ports on my carb one to the dist advance, the other to the pcv valve.
2-need constant vacume
3-of the 2 lines which one gets hooked up I have the diagram in the manual but dosnt show were all of it goes.....

On mine here is the way that it used to be..(switched to posi-lok kit now).

Yellow goes from vacuum back to switch on t-case...green goes from switch to Tsplice for 4wd light then to actuator on front end to engage 4wd...blue goes from actuator back to switch on t-case to disenage 4wd.

My vacuum source was from a valve mounted on top of the valve cover that also fed vacuum into the firewall to give the heater controls vacuum.
