8.8 rear conversion question

What model Ford (mustang, bronco, crown Vic etc.) are guys taking the 8.8's from?

Are they leaving them the factory width to work in a YJ?

Any and all help would be appreciated!

Your looking for an 8.8 from an explorer... I'd stay in the upper 90's if possible as disc brakes were standard... Limited slips are always a plus as well... yes stock length, just need to weld up new spring perches and shock mounts..

91 YJ, SBC V8, 5 speed, 8.8, 4" spring, SOA, 35" MT/R ............ Sadly I have sold my Jeep.
