8.8 swap

Just picked up a 8.8. I have been looking for a complete list of things I'm going to need for the install, but all I seem to find is bits and pieces, (and mostly for TJs, not YJs) not a complete list. Anyone have thoughts on where to get a list? I hate to start things and then have to wait for something I forgot...

Will depend on what you need to replace on the axle but in general:
1. bracket kit
2. u-joint flange

Extra's:
new brake lines hard and soft
New brake pads rotors etc
E-brake wires

I run these:
Ford 8.8 Rear Axle Simple Swap (31 spline) - RuffStuff Specialties

Adapators and other parts: depends on what you need but a good amount of parts...
Ford 8.8 axle swap parts for Jeep TJ, YJ, and XJ

don't forget to weld the tubes.

Awesome, I appreciate the assist. Thankfully the internals look brand new. Kinda shocking from a u-pull it, but I guess everyone gets lucky once in a while. thanks!

I got the E-brake cables with it, I have seen a few ways to make them work... I figured I'd give that a shot, if it doesn't work, I guess I'll just get new ones anyway...
