87 2.5 coil

good morning all,
replacing my coil on my newly owned 87 wrangler 2.5,and noticed a prong without a wire connected.does anything go on this prong? i know the two bolts on the coil slide into the module,but what does the prong go to?

Sometimes the tach connected to the coil, on yours ???
