88 Wrangler YJ Shifter Boot

Why is it so hard to find a new shifter boot for my 88 YJ?! I have looked everywhere and cant seem to find one. I tried the main sites such as Quadratec, JC Whitney, 4wd.com, etc... Any help would be appreciated.
