Talking 90 Wrangler Rear Shoulder Belts? How to do it?

I am writing, My son just purchased his 3rd jeep wrangler. He has had a 94 which he wrecked, a 92 which his sister is now taking over. And now a 90. As we went to place a rear seat in this 90, we noticed that there is no way that we can see to put shoulder belts in. Does anyone have any info that would be helpful to me to make this happen?

Mount just the belts that go around the waist/hips to the floor

shoulder belts are attached to the roll bar. some guys call it the family roll bar. since the 90 wrangler's roll bar is only a "a frame" type, there is no place to mount the belts. look at a salvage yard for a "family type" roll bar. look at dwdrums pic....family roll bar.

Yep, all years of the YJ's roll bars are interchangeable. Both the "Kid Crusher" & "The Family Style". You may have to pry into place a little, especially if either vehicle was tweaked in a wreck.

if you have trouble getting the rollbars in you can use a ratchet strap around the roll bar and tighten it th bring the bars closer together. it brings them together just enough so that they easily fit w/o scratching the crap out of the jeep.
