90 Wrangler won't start.

My 90 YJ 2.5L will not start. It does however start with starting fluid. Thought it was the injector so I replaced that.. still nothing. I then replaced the ECU thinking there was no signal being sent to the injector.. No start still. Its got a strong spark and appears to be getting fuel to the throttle body. Could it be that there is not enough fuel pressure??? ANYONE got any ideas???

I had the same problem with my 93 2.5l. It was the crank position sensor. I had spark and it would crank over fine but wouldn't start. I changed the cps and haven't had anymore problems.

93 yj wrangler, 2.5, 5spd, 10" stretch, spring over, 38" tsls, mt classics, dana 44 front and rear, locked, 5.13 gears, rear disk brakes, griffin aluminum radiator, custom aluminum fuel cell

Turns out it wasn't getting enough fuel pressure. (hardly any at all) It needs 15 psi. I pulled the fuel pump out of the tank to discover it completely covered with sludge and build up. Gonna buy a new pump, possibly new tank if it doesn't clean up well. Shoulda trusted my gut instinct in the beginning.
