90' YJ 4.2L Upstream and Downstream Air Tubes

Need your help guys. I am new here! You guys seem to help everyone, hope you can help me.

Finishing a clutch job, had the trans out and putting new exhaust up. Problem is with the location of the (2) air tubes, Downstream tube connects to the exhaust pipe and Upstream tube connects to cat or viceversa. Anyway. Where does the bracket that hold the two tubes mount to. It appears that it mounts in one bolt for the starter. More important ? which tube is nearest to the firewall the taller tube?

Anyone have any photos?

Thanks
