91 yj will i need a transfercase drop kit and brakeline readjustment brackets

Whats the best 2 or2.5 inch lift I dont want shackles because i plan on hitting the trails here in texas....i have 31 10.5 15s on it and my leafsprings are flat I'm looking to spend about 700 bucks right now....thats all i can fit in my budget....any help and advise would be great

I would say for your budget get an RC 4" kit with 2.5" springs. Since they are the same price I have heard they will do it.

I had driveshaft issues with my 2.5" lift so.... I went sye but my plan is to flat pan it later so...

The 4" kit gives you the TC drop kit in case you need it.

Lift shackles aren't bad as long as you keep it reasonable.

Thanks for the info...I think I'm gonna go ahead and order the 2.5 suspension lift from rough country and if I need any brake line extensions or transfercase lowering stuff I'll hit up advanced auto or autozone

Has anyone heard how the tuff country 2 inch suspension lift is....it sounds as of it does exactly what the rough country can do....

I was just reading about the 4wd.com 2" lift, says it comes with springs, shocks, u-bolts, tcase drop hardwre, and brk line brackets. There is a store here locally, so I might do those instead of the RC 2.5" Although I hear RC has really good customer service. The 4wd.com is around $600. No other mod's should be necessary , for 2" and31's. I am hoping.

Keep in mind for the brake lines,if you need cheap longer lines from what i have read and will be doing, look at gmc/chevy 1500 front lines.. from around the 1999 or so model year. i went with the rc 4" as it was the same cost as the 2.5. I have the t-case drop on mine
