92 2.5 Head Gasket Replacement

I just changed the head gasket on my 92 YJ because I was loosing water and noticed that it was mixing with the oil. Now after replacing it and driving about 200 miles i've noticed that I have some water in the oil again, but the coolant level is staying the same. Is it possible that the water I am seeing could be what was in the motor already? I didn't flush the engine I just drained the oil & replaced it and the filter after the head gasket was replaced.

Could still be some moisture in the crankcase etc, take the radiator cap off and let it idle to temp, see if there are any bubbles in it, if so there is still a problem

Garyk I will check that out. I got home tonight & pulled the cap off the raditor & i couldn't see the coolant. I hope its from the way it is setting cause its on a slope. If not its still the head I was in a hurry while I was off work for Thanksgiving & replaced the gasket then with out having the head resurfaced. I put a straight edge on it and it looked fiine.

That doesn't sound good. Sounds like you're using coolant again.
