My jeep has been randomly stalling while driving, and after it stalls, I have no spark. Is this something that could be caused by a faulty ICM? If so, I cant seem to find the part or part number I need anywhere. Thanks

Check the crank positioning sensor on the bell housing. It created the same intermittent problems in my YJ. Not sure on the 92, but I do not believe it has a separate ignition control module. Just an ECM.
Both of these guys are correct, there is no ICM, for your year jeep, only an ECM. Here is what the parts manual has for the part number you posted,
5602 7384 1 YJ,Y1 1992, w/o RFI
5602 7384 1 YJ,Y1 (Leaded Fuel)

I could not find anthing on my driverside firewall other than my ecu with the number 56027 384. is the ignition control module a part of this? on the internet I cannot find ANYTHING for a 92 yj icm, only for 90 and earlier. I called oreilly and they have what I was looking for but it was for a 2.5. if that is what I need would the 4.0 and 2.5 be interchangeable?

Just to clear to OP, I belive this is a rebuilding service where you send in your ECM, it's rebuilt (to what extent you would have to ask when you call rebuilder), then sent back to you. If OP goes this route please post back your results, I'm sure others would like some feedback on how well you made out.

I'm going kind of on an assumption here that you have this eng/trans
ECM Part num,
6-Cyl. Eng., Man. Trans.
5602 7396 1 XJMJX1 1992, w/o RFI
5602 7396 1 XJMJX1 (Leaded Fuel)

Before you spend anymore money, check to see what codes it is throwing and let us know.

Today I replaced the fuel pump and it was driving great with no problems for a long time then about as soon as I was gonna call it quits for the night it stalled out again. Can the ecu/ecm be a potential suspect? If it is bad what is a way I could test it out other than buying a new one.

You have about three threads going for the same problem and I'm attempting to keep up with them.:) The only other thing I can think of that could cause it to die like that is if the alternator and/or internal regulator is shorting out somehow causing the stall situation. With a bad alternator it won't continue to run. It could be when it gets hot it fails. I can't say for sure this is the problem but it's possible.

I've got an extra pcm that the ONLY thing wrong with it is the #6 Injector driver is out. If you are starting to lean towards a pcm problem, you can borrow that one. It drove fine for months on 5 cyl while I tackled all the check engine codes. This way you can swap it out and know that the pcm is causing it to stall or something else. Just an offer is all.
