92' YJ Wrangler Body Lift Help/Advice

I've had my YJ Wrangler for over a year now and I'm really thinking about giving it a 2" or 3" body lift. Right now it just has the basic Goodyear Wranglers with no lift. I'm just trying to get my figures together to make sure I have everything in line. I've seen the body lifts for about $110.00, but I guess my main question is, if I get it lifted what else will I need to change besides the new tires? (Spare tire, spare tire carrier, etc.) I appreciate any feedback you experts can give...

body lifts are cheap and quick. 2 or 3 is kind of excessive for body lifts, and you start running into shift linkage problems, gas filler neck, sometimes radiator hose problems. i personally don't like body lifts. they just space the body off the frame, do not afford more suspension travel or anything, just room for bigger tires.
