I just ripped mine out a while ago, so it's still pretty fresh.
You need to figure out how to handle the shifting, like a column from the auto. There's a series of linkages that hook that all together, so you'd need those also.
Torque convertor, flex plate, trans, and I believe the bracket for the transfer case shifter is slightly different. You'll also need a tranny cooler.
If you're ever around Detroit, I've got the tranny still sitting in the garage, and the torque convertor. I believe I tossed the rest into the scrap bin though. I'd let you have it just to get it out of my garage.
