Exclamation 93 yj 4.0l won't start! Help please

Went to start my jeeP yesterday n it just sputtered n tried to start. I hit the key again and now just cranks, but you can smell fuel! Anyone have this problem, I'm thinking coil possibly,

had coil go out twice. just check spark. check codes.

there is a crank sensor mounted on the bottm of the bellhousing or block i cannot remember which, i have had thess go bad and the jeep would not start. check that also

The crank position sensor is at the top of the bellhousing.. drivers side..

If you're not throwing any codes start with the basics.. there are 4 things required for a motor to run correctly.. fuel, air, spark, and compression..

Pull a plug out, ground it out, have a friend crank it and check for spark.. start troubleshooting at the most common points of failure, and don't just throw parts at a problem.. take the time to test things before just replacing them.. google and a multimeter will help :-)
