I just bought a 1993 Wrangler YJ. I drove it home and drove it for 2 days and the hydraulic line blew off the slave fitting. I elected to pull the trans and install a new LUK clutch, pilot bushing, slave cylinder and master cylinder. Put it all back together and test drove it. Worked great. Next day I backed it out of the garage and it blew the line off again. Not knowing I went on a nation wide hunt for a new line. Had one overnighted from a dealer in Illinois. Put the line on and it blew off while bleeding. Put it back on and bled the clutch again. Wanting to test it I told my daughter to sit in the vehicle and push the clutch in and out, Now it appears it blew the seal or something out of the slave because I have fluid running out of the bell housing. Can anyone help a first time Jeep owner. This isnt startin out very well and I dont want to repeat the same mistake when I pull the Trans. again. Thank you.
