94 2.5 won't start and stranded

So my jeep today decided to not start. It was running for like an hour or so and I shut it off tried to start again and just cranks. I have fuel pressure and I have spark to the main coil but very very weak spark at the plugs. So I have fuel and no spark basically I just swapped my buddies cps and nothing.

It's my dd I mean it sat for a couple a days I drove my car around but it started right up. I was goofin on the icy roads today and slid into the ditch not hard. Shut it off hooked a chain to my buddies jeep went to start it and nothing. My cap and rotor don't look that bad and were new a while ago. I'm gonna buy a new cap and rotor tomorrow and hope for the best.

Sounds like you may have a loose wire somewhere or the cps if ti was fine before you went into the ditch.
