94 4.0 Auto. No spark

Hi so last night I pulled up to a friends house.. Shut off my jeep and thats it.. no stalling no sputtering nothing. So a couple hours later i went to start it up to drive home.. Cracked the starter over and it wouldnt fire. Wont even sputter. Has a quarter tank of gas and when i turn the key on i can hear the fuel pump. The battery is plenty charged In fact i even winched it onto the trailer to take it home with no power from alternator. Yellow cap Optima.. Anyways. Pulled one of the plug cap and cant see a spark. Any common problems that go wrong with my year? Thanks for the time

also, pull the ignition coil wire and see if you're getting spark from the coil..
