94 bellhousing identical to 95?

1st post ever - just inherited sons 93' JY (and associated internal slave problems). Helped him replace the slave cylinder 3 tmes the last 4 years; now it's leaking again. Been reviewing past post about fixing somewhat commen problem by replacing the 93 bellhousing w/ 94 to use w/ external slave but can only find 95 bellhousing. Will the 95 work as well as a 94? Is the external slave cylinder on the same side of the bellhousing on a 94' as a 95'? Will I need to replace the 93' throwout fork pivot ball? Thanks for any comments and wish me luck.
