94 cheapo build thread

Well I am going to start a build thread on my 94 2.5. Its going to be slow and cheap. I am using as many used, cheap, and scrap yard parts as I can.

It already has 1 inch boomerangs and a trailmaster lift the PO installed. Used 33x12.50 BFG A/Ts on used outlaw wheels with trimmed flares so the fit. Herculiner floors that I wished I would have monstalinered instead. I have also installed HF led tail-lights and thats about it before today.

So I have a set of waggy leaf springs for the front but they need new bands and friction pads. So who can tell me where to pick those up.

Can't help you on the springs, but I'm along for the ride.

I got mine right, but it needs a lot. The frame is done but I have to finish installing the new suspension, then on to the body and drivetrain. Took a break on it to paint and upgrade my YJ a little.

I like it the sound is good and it was super easy to install. It is shaped so that it sits on the trans tunnel and backs up to the fire wall then just 2 self tapping screws through the transmission cover

I think it was right around 2 i forgot to take a measurement. I was slightly P.O.ed at the friction pads I ordered for not fitting
