98 YJ Help

I have an 89 YJ I need some help with. First of is I need to figure out what vacume lines I can remove since the Nutter bypass was done before I bought the jeep and all the line that are still there are splices and hodge podged together. Second is I think it needs a new slave cylinder. and third it needs a new windsheild. I think there is some other small minor motor work that needs to be done to get it running right. Also have to put the dash and interior back together. If anyone lives near Lancaster Pa and can help, It would be greatly appriciated. Been working on my wife's jeep as well. She has a 01 TJ. Thanks. Hope to have some pics here soon
Charlie
