Advance Adapter SYE says all gear charts are wrong!
So according to Advance Adapters, all gear charts are wrong for the NP231 except theirs! Their chart if you go to their website does not match any others. I did however get an updated spreadsheet from them with complex formulas to calculate the speedo you should have in your NP231 with their SYE.
Their worm gear is the same as stock, and they use all OEM speedo gears for their measurements. I would upload the spreadsheet they sent me with the formulas they use to calculate the gears required. They did update it. It says with 4:10 and 33 I should have a 33 tooth gear, not a 35 tooth gear. They claim with the 33 tooth gear I will still have a margin of error of .8 mph. With a 35 tooth gear like I currently have they claim my actual speed is 4.5 mph faster then my speedometer. So according to AA all the other NP231 charts online are wrong. I went back and forth with them for a while. Can anyone explain this?
If anyone wants the spreadsheet they sent me PM me your email and I will send it to you.
