Smile Advice on Wheel Adaptor

New tires and rims from a 2007 Jeep TK I want to put them on a
1988 Jeep Wrangler , both rims are 5 bolt pattern .
Yj is 5x4.5 and the Tk is 5x5 what are better steel or aluminum
and do I get 5x5 adaptors.
Thank You first time needing adaptors.

I have alum no issues here either. MAKE sure you get hubcentric adaptors/spacers though. SpiderTrex is pretty good http://www.spidertrax.com/products/wheel-spacer
