If you like it that's what's important. But, for me, I'd stay stock. All the major companies spend a lot of money on research on items they put on their vehicles. Yeah cost is a driving factor I'm sure, but, it still has to work, meet emission, laws etc. This after market stuff doesn't have to meet anything except the eye candy rule, look cool and that's it. I'll let you in on a little secret, everyone that has handle that part has made 100% profit on it. So, the guy that made it sold it for 100% mark-up, the distributor made 100% mark-up the retailer made 100% mark-up so forth, figure out what the part is really worth. I had a friend that made custom motor cycle parts for one of the big after market companies. They decided what the part would sell for, and then worked backwards to determine what they would pay him to make the part. He told them see-ya. They were making all the money off his work. Hey... if you like it, enjoy it. If you complain enough they'll probable just send you another complete one for free, there really isn't too much product support for those kinds of parts.
