Air leak but not water.

I have looked around on WF to try and find an answer. What i have is a 1992 yj non A/C. On cold mornings i get a cold draft on my right foot.I have reached under the dash and can feel a draft.Well after looking around under there for some time looking for a hole on the fire wall i have noticed nothing. The vent is closed that is aimed towards the driver side area.If you stick your hand up to the right of the steering colum and to the left of the vent you feel it on the colum side of your hand. But there is no water leaking. Does any one have any ideas what might be causing this.Oh yeah i also took the cowl vent off and both doors in there seem to be working like they should.

I know this is old.But it did find out where it was comming from.It was comming from the cowl vent,There is a flapper on the driver side of the cowl vent that was not closing all the way.i just proped it closed for the winter and has been working good.
