Alternator Squealing with neutral revving?

I just changed the alternator and now I have a squealing coming from my alternator when i rev the jeep in neutral. It doesnt happen on startup and it doesnt happen when i accelerate in gear. but when im in neutral and i rev the engine, the alternator squeals. Its not the belt, i even put belt dressing and it didnt do anything at all. Did i get an alternator with bad bearings or is there anything else i could do to get rid of the squealing? Thanks to anyone that can help!

She's my 4 banger.
She's great when she gets down in low range, hard to control when she gets going, and always in need of my money. But she's a jeep and that's why I love her.
Plus, she has nice headlights..
