Another brake line question.

I have a hole in the line that runs from the master cylinder to the rear. Trouble is it is right at the support bracket on the frame where the line goes from steel to rubber. The rubber then runs to the T block on the axle.
Everything is locked up tight with rust at the bracket and I can't get the clip loose that holds the line in the bracket.

Has anyone re-routed the brake line and bypassed this bracket?
Any suggestions?
Also...what size is the brake line on a 94 YJ?

once you spry it down let it sit for like 20mins. then take a hammer and try tapping the clip to see if it will break loose. I had to actually put wrench on one sie of the bracket and a vice grip on the soft line and break the hard line off. once it broke off i was able to hit the soft line out of the bracket.
