another vibration issue

Well, I had my exhaust manifold and engine mounts replaced recently and am now having some annoying vibrations at idle. When I turn my steering wheel it increases the idle and then drops back down to about 500 rpms and almost stalls and then goes back to about 700 rpms. It still vibrates bad at 700 rpms. It goes away for the most part above 1000 rpms but I still sense a small vibration while driving. It gets kind of loud in the cabin when driving when the rpms get to around 3000 rpms. Any ideas what the issues may be? I checked the torque on the exhaust manifold and seemed good. The vacuum lines seem secure on the intake too.

I am not sure that the replacement of the engine mounts and exhaust manifold has anything to do with the rough idle but can anyone explain why the idle would increase and drop when I turn the steering wheel left and right?
