Question Anothr 91 YJ headlight question

My son has a 91 YJ and just replaced a headlight. They were working fine last night. Tonight, only the parking lights come on. Am I right in thinking that if it was a fuse, that no lights would work? I'm thinking maybe a bad switch. I read the other post about the 91 YJ that had headlights that were not working (just unplugged), these are most definitely plugged in. Any other ideas?

Wiring and connections all look good. Checked fuse in pd box, it was good. I'm still thinking switch. Has anyone had this problem or have any ideas?

Checked, yes, they work with the brights on & now after checking to see if they work with the brights on, they work perfectly now.

I had this problem a while ago, it ended up being my switch. Now my headlights work perfect

Thanks, if it happens again, I'll check the relay & the switch.

i'm not sure there's a relay for the headlights, but i'd start with the dimmer switch if the problem reoccurs...

Yeah, if it happened once, its sure to happen again. Things don't just magically fix themselves unless there is a magical Jeep genie that I don't know about. Thanks again.
