Any oil recommendation for 170K engine?

Any oil recommendation for 170K engine? With all variety of oils on the shelves, I was wondering about personal experiences and recommendations on ones specially good for 170k mildly+ abused 2.5l injected engine. I'm interested in all started from being babied (it might be hard to find though $ to heavily abused.
Thanks a bunch in advance.

Brands are all just preference, but look for a synthetic that is formulated for high mileage engines. I like Valvoline personally. I had 350,000 mi. on my Bronco using it and it was abused all the time lol.

Keep in mind, if you go from a dino oil to a synthetic, you may develop leaks that weren't there before due to the cleansing properties of the oil.
