Auto choke

I put a new weber carb and what a difference. The only difference is I have to tap the throttle when coming to a stop to make the idle to drop. I think the auto choke needs to be hooked up. There is a brown wire coming off the alternator is this what I connect to the auto choke?

you just need a wire that gets voltage when you turn the ignition switch on
