axle swap

im getting ready to swap my axles. my jeep is a 92 and im swapping 89 axles under it. for the front im thinking i will just connect the rubber brake lines from the 89 axle to my hard lines on frame, problem solved for the front? for the rear rebuild brakes and swap entire axle under? so far ive discovered the rear 89 is non c clip and drums are larger and narrower then the 92 and the front i have no idea other then the rubber lines connect in different spots on the caliper. just trying to figure this out to make it as painless as possible. thanks for any input.
