Blinker issues driving me nuts!

Heres the problem:

-Front left blinker dash symbol stays lit with headlights/park lights on.
-Left blinker will not blink with the lights on.
-Lights off, blinker works.
-Headlights, park lights, and all tail light functions work as normal.
-Hazards work as they should.

Items I have replaced:

-4" round LED tail lights
-2" round LED reverse lights
-1" oval LED front side markers/blinkers
-front parking lamp sockets
-front parking lamp bulbs
-hazard flasher relay
-blinker flasher relay

Diagnostics I have done:

-removed head light switch, and jumped individual wires one at a time, performs same as hitting the switch, left front blinker light goes solid on dash
-check continuity of grounds at front parking lamps, >0.1 ohms, as good as being connected directly to the battery
-using a DVM, there is 12.2V + at the park light harness on both sides

Only item I havent dug into is the directional/blinker/wiper switch (what ever you wanna call it).

If you have replaced your blinker switch, what were your symptoms? I hate replacing parts as part of diagnostics, but I think this switch is the only piece left in the system? Is there a spot where these wires chafe commonly? Any harness issues I am unaware of?

I wish it was that simple. I just installes new led tails, and ran new ground wires to a stud i installed inside the tail light tub.

Only piece i havent replaced is the blinker switch.

Did you ever figure out why they don't blink I swapped mine to LEDs and once I turn on my headlights the blinkers don't work either

Nope. Ive been too busy with work.

The only thing left in the system I havent changed is the blinker switch, and the wiring.
My best guess is that somewhere in the front parking lamp circuit, it is shorted to the blinker circuit, causing the blinker to illuminate, bypassing the flasher, illuminating both filaments in the bulb at the same time.

I'm gonna try a new flasher from superbrightleds I researched the el-12 flasher problems and everything said they work for either front led blinkers or rear ones but not both
