Exclamation Body mount bolt wont come out, help

I'm trying to install my daystar 1in bl and the only bolt that wont come out is the one under the passenger seat. It keeps spinning

What can I do?

If you can see it, you can whizz it off with a wheel.

See the bolt or the nut? The nut is built into the body

Then cut the head of the bolt off. Either way the problem is solved

remove seat, cut body, and either weld bolt in place or replace with new hard ware.

What my though is to cut the head of the bolt off and tack the nut to the body. If that's possible

Redneck is correct, but less ugly lol. I used a hole saw for mine then used a knock out plug 3/4 for an electrical box to close it up after the repair.

The bolt was stripped so drilled out the bolt from above then cleaned the threads with a tap replaced the bolt all good

That bolt came out, its the one under the seat.

Hopefully You should be able to apply the same technique.

Unfortunately the one under the seat will require the seat removal and bet ya some of those bolts are going to give trouble as well
