Soak with pbBlaster to break the tennsion then use a strong and long toque bar and remove them will require lots of strentgh and try not breaking the bolt.and the size of the socket might be 1/2 or just bigger dont remember

I need to buy a body mount kit but nobody offers bolt kit with body mount kit. I could buy the bolt's at a local harware store but have no idea the size, grade or length to use? I know there are two different size length's, any idea's? I need some input...

Before you even touch those bolts, they need to be soaked with PB fabulous blaster. You need to drill holes through the floor pan, right above the spot-welded nuts to get the blaster in the right place.

This is the best thread I've ever seen on the subject;

Not sure on the length of the bolts, but for body mounts, get hockey pucks! The are made of rubber and hard as hell! Plus you can find them on the net for $.99 each.

I did this a while back. two bolts broke and it was kind of a bear. I replaced the bolts with yellow zinc coated grade 8 bolts. I think I had to add threads to all of them to make them work, but the jeep rides so much better and I'm glad i did it. soak those bolts like its going out of style and good luck
