When I did my replacement/lift I had a few bolts that broke. I had to cut out the body nuts and replace them. I guess you could start with on blasting them all then try to get the old bolts out. Start with one side at a time and see what happens.

the big thing with replacing the bushings is the amount of rust you have. I did mine in about 2hrs but my jeep spent its whole life in fla. so no rust. if you have rust problems spray them with pb blaster every day for about a week. some of the nuts are inclosed so you will have to drill a very small hole in the body from the inside. when you do the bushings loosen them all then remove them from one side, use a jack with a piece of wood against the body and slightly lift the body enough to remove the bushings.
