Body mounts

Would there be any potential problems with bolting a tub through the floor pans with carrige bolts or somthing similar but still using the stock locations.

Um yeah, carriage bolts are weak. You don't want you tub to come loose from the frame, could be extremely painful!

I think most people seem to use grade 8 bolts if they didn't get them in a kit with the B/L pucks.

If you can locate some long grade 8's, you could use some thick fender washers if need be.

Best thing is to use the stock mounts, even if you have to tear the tub open, & weld the nuts back in.
