Brakes locked up?

I changed the front brakes today for the first time
on the jeep, now their locked up. I've never had this
happen to any of my other trucks what did I maybe
do wrong or wat could cause this?

Just a possibility..... did you install them backwards? (the pad material not against the rotor?) I have seen this happen.
Also did you drive it after you replaced them? I have also seen the calipers lose a bolt and they wedge in the rim.
