Unhappy Break lights and turn signals

So I just bought a 1992 jeep wrangler And the turn signals don't work. When I push the break lights they work fine but when I do press the break in the dash the left and right blinkers come on but don't flash.. Can anyone help?

Check the four way flashers. If they work press the brake panel and see if they still flash on the dash indicators. If so go to the fuse panel there are two flasher relays side by side. Swap them out and check the turn signals. If they now work get a new flasher relay.
