The quality looks good? Have you mocked up any pieces for test fit?

If the quality of the kit is anything like the quality of their bumpers, I think you'll be happy with it. I put BTF bumpers on my TJ and I was very happy with the build quality and fitment. I'm planning on putting a BTF front bumper on my YJ now. I say go for it. I don't think you'll regret it.

Looks like DOM tube..the floor plates are nice and thick, cuts on ends seem good. Going out now to test fit some stuff I will snap a few pic's and post later tonight.

Not sure, as i didn't pay to much attention to it... however it appears that its located just back a bit from the leading edge of the dash pad, so i don't think there will be issues with the defroster, but not 100% sure.

If it does interfere with the defroster, you'll be left with only one option...move to a climate where there is no need for a defroster...

So looks like no way to get to the top, and maybe the bottom bolt for the windshield to fold down... Or is there a big enough gap? doesnt look like it. I was gonna just run a tube for my a pillar but it is just such a small area that looks like fabricated plate doohickes are the only way to go
