Bypass Vacuum Lines on a YJ Help?!

I'm curios to see how you would go about bypassing the vacuum set up on a yj. I'm installing my 8.8 hopefully end of the month then it's to a locker for the Dana 30. Would like to go to a cable set up rather than having to count on the vacuum lines. Thanks for any guidance or assistance in advance.

there isn't anything difficult about bypassing the front axle actuator. you can work up a home brew setup or you can buy a posi-lok which any novice can install. when you're done, just install a plug into the port that runs to the source of your vacuum line. The posi-lok setup installs in about 2 hours while on your back and that is if you're taking your time...it really is that easy.

google or searching this forum will net you results on how to make your own posi-lok style actuator with a manual choke cable.

...and yes this is my first post.
