I've looked everywhere, google, the manual, and through the old threads but I cant find any reference material for how to reassemble my intake manifold for a 92 YJ 2.5L. theres six threaded ports on the body but I'm only certain about what goes in one of them. It would take one of you out there 30 seconds to take a picture of yours and put me out of my misery, thanks all.
the front most port has a fitting with 2 different vac plugs on it, one goes to the fuel pres regulator. not sure abt the other. the large port on the side of it goes to the brake booster. should be 4 on the top.rear of the body. one goes to a vaccum unit of some sort on the firewall, 1 i think to the rear pcv type valve. one of the ports is a sensor of some type.
if all your vac lines are there and you just dont know what fitting goes in which port. the only ones that matter are brake booster (side), the one with 2 fittings (front most) and the sensor (whichever port it needs so that plug connects). the other 3 fittings should be the same and doesnt matter which of the 3 remaining ports they go in, just plug the vac lines in on whichever they will connect
