Ok, I want to be doing some gearing, Ive been hearing good about the 4.10 gearing in the Explorer 8.8. But what does it mean?
and which way is the better way to go? Higher gearing? lower gearing?
Whats good for some light crawling, mudding and Daily driving?
Also, with doing an 8.8 swap, how strong is the D30 up front with it if I change out those gears to match the 4.10?
or would it be necessary to swap in a bigger front axle as well with the same gearing?
Help with these questions would really be great.
