Can steel half doors be reskinned on the outside?

If a half steel door has a big nasty dent, how do you fix this? Can it be replaced on the outside?

Bondo And repainting usually works. Some dents can be pulled, depending on the location and size.

I'm sure it was an accident. No one would hurt a Jeep on purpose. She was probably aiming for him.
