canadian specs

Hey so I just bought a 95 wrangler....its was posted as 220k miles on it...I didnt think much of it...but then I noticed the engine temp is reading in Celsius....and afterwords I got the build sheet from my local dodge dealership...and it is canadian...does this mean the odometer was actually measuring in kilometers? Making it actually having 140ish thousand miles

You also might have a Dana 44 rear which came on some Canadian models which is a big plus!

I would think that it is in kilometers instead of miles.

The only canadian YJ's that had the D44 were the first ones, 87-89 i believe.

Does it have a catalytic converter on it? The canada versions of the YJ didnt require a cat.

If you temp only goes to 125 and your engine while its warm is around 90 degrees....its Celsius....because Fahrenheit normal running temp for the 4.0 is 195

I think built in Canada and built to Canadian specs are two different things.
