Cant figure out how the ignition switch goes back on the actuator bar?

The ignition switch seems to need to twist on the actuator bar butt don't know how it goes back in place with the bolt holes. I see where the bar has been rubbing under the switch just can't figure how it would twist into place?

I believe its stock Jeep cause the new part matchs up wit the old one
